Kids Help Phone\u2019s Indigenous Advisory Council has challenged us to achieve six ambitious goals through the implementation of Finding Hope: Kids Help Phone\u2019s Action Plan for Supporting First Nations, Inuit and M\u00e9tis Young People. These goals will be reached with the generous support of donors and partners between 2023 and 2026. Our Action Plan includes 32 specific activities that outline how we\u2019ll achieve these goals. We\u2019ll monitor and measure our success through a comprehensive evaluation plan. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Developed through the leadership of our Indigenous Advisory Council, Finding Hope outlines 32 specific actions that will enable us to achieve six ambitious goals: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

  1. Build trust through meaningful partnerships with Indigenous people and organizations  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Increase access and awareness of Kids Help Phone programs and services <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Empower Indigenous Communities through data <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Support skills development, knowledge and literacy that promotes the mental, emotional, physical and spiritual well-being of Indigenous young people  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Foster a workplace that is inclusive and informed on the realities of Indigenous youth <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Seek out opportunities to support Indigenous peoples through advocacy and knowledge sharing <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
