Kids Help Phone\u2019s texting service is free and available in English and French across Canada 24\/7 when you want to let your feelings out without judgment. Your conversation with a volunteer crisis responder is confidential (but not anonymous). This means we might be able to view some of your information if (and only if!) we believe someone\u2019s at risk of harm. What happens when I contact Kids Help Phone\u2019s texting service? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n

To start using this service, text CONNECT to 686868<\/a> or message online<\/a> from a web browser on desktop or mobile. The first few replies you receive will be automated responses from Kids Help Phone giving you more information about the service and our privacy policy. <\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

After that, you\u2019ll be connected with a volunteer crisis responder who can communicate with you about what\u2019s on your mind \u2014 no feeling too big or small. You can end the conversation at any time by sending the word STOP.
